FFLR works in partnership with Caracol Group for its lodging services and more. Grupo Caracol is an Italian family lodging enterprise (with years of experience in lodging destinations) which established business at Los Roques on 2004. Caracol has adapted and supersedes the increasing demand for exclusive destinations. Grupo Caracol owns 3 lodges at Los Roques and manages a deluxe vacationing house. Casa Play, Villa Caracol and Posada Caracol. Anglers will stay mostly at Casa Play which was recently acquired and suits for the needs of our clients.
Casa Play has 8 ample rooms, all with private rooms, a/c, hot water, safe box and Wi-Fi. Six of them are 2-story spacious and comfortable rooms, with one king bed in each floor, furnished with a simple taste and attention to details. The lodge enjoys an extremely quiet and ventilated position. It has open spaces arranged on 2 levels, mainly of natural tones with furniture in teak. It has a large terrace where the bar and restaurant are is located.
The lodge is just a short five minute walk from the airport and one minute from the beach where you start your days fishing.
Grupo Caracol has the best service and food at Los Roques, taking care of all details in the process to guarantee the proper level of service out clients demand. The breakfast menu offers everything from a range of freshly squeezed juices, yoghurts and cereals to Avocado and poached eggs. Sumptuous packed lunches are provided for your fishing day. Upon your return snacks are served while you can relax and enjoy a drink on the posada’s rooftop bar. The evening meals are exceptional. Consisting of 4 courses, typically based around a ceviche or sashimi starter, anti-pasta, fish of the day and finally dessert. You will be hard pressed to find more delicious fish dishes in the Caribbean.
All meals are prepared especially for anglers, and the attention and service is top quality.
Los Roques electricity is 110 volts. The lodge provides Rooms and beach towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion & Soap. Laundry Services is available. Daily Maid Service.
